Hey.

Nice game. Reminds me of Rampage, although I wish you could eat people to regain health and/or energy. I find myself quickly running out of power, and then just running around, saving up just enough for one more power slam, I feels it's just too limiting in the beginning of the game.

The controls are solid, and I having multiple controls for the same actions. The graphics and sounds are also done well, even throwing in a few subtle sounds for some extra polish.

Along with running out of power so quickly, my biggest issue is the collision detection between the military's bullets and your character. The will still hit you, even if you're not lined up horizontally with them. You probably don't need the 3,2,1, intro at the beginning the game, either. Meteor mode is a nice add-on, but it gets boring too quickly.

Eating people was something I had planned on putting in the game but later didn't end up doing. I'm reconsidering adding this feature, though. Or something to help keep your stamina up.

I'll look into the bullet collision detection! Thanks for playing and reviewing!

I have just added in the ability to eat people! Simply walk up to a person, press the E key and let the feast begin. Thanks for the suggestion!

Really fun game! It reminds me of Rampage and it's really fun to just go around and destroy everything. My favorite mode is sandbox mode because it just lets me kill everything without any repercussions. The other two modes I kind of dislike for one reason and one reason alone. The stamina bar. The bar seems like it actively doesn't let me have fun because I can only get in 3 or 4 smashes and then I can't do anything. It's especially infuriating when I have to deal with troops on destruction mode because while they're shooting at me 9 times out of 10 I'm waiting for the stamina bar to recharge. I know that having a stamina bar would make the game more realistic, but why would you add realism in what is essentially Rampage? Aside from the stamina bar, sandbox mode sometimes glitches where I can't smash anything for a period of time, is that intentional? If so I personally don't care for it. Get rid of the stamina bar, and you would have yourself a perfect game, to me anyways.

3/5

Hey. Thanks for taking the time to review, my friend. I have updated the game that includes double stamina regeneration time. As for your problem in Sandbox Mode, that isn't intentional. I'll take a look into it and see what's causing it. Shouldn't be too hard of a fix. Thanks again!

I ran in to a glitch almost 3 out of 4 times where after I die, the loading screen wont show up again and then I have to quit from the pause menu and then start all over again. If you could fix that, it would be a pretty decent game.

FlashTavern responds:

Hello, Pedromac. I thought I fixed this bug originally in Update 1 but alas it was not fixed. I've uploaded a new version to NG, yet to be approved, that should squash this bug. Sorry about that! Thank you for taking the time to play and review, though! I appreciate it.

i try to play meteor mode and after two shots its over wtf

This game is so buggy its not even funny. In standard mode, after a few plays, the giant never spawned and it just repeatedly though I died, and in meteor mode i can only move cannon around over a motionless and unchangeable landscape.

FlashTavern responds:

Hey, TIMESWORDSMAN. This is odd because the version I've uploaded to other sites (FGL, Kong, etc.) work fine but for some reason the NG version may have approved an older, buggier submission. I submitted a new swf a few times yesterday so it may have accepted one of the first ones I submitted. I'll re-upload a version that does not contain these bugs you have mentioned. Sorry for the inconvenience my friend and thank you for pointing this out.
