Amazing game, just puregold. I love the way you can restart with speed upgrades and try and find the secret passage.

Great ! But its hard .
a decent game but it's being held back by one major flaw, the static screens, if the screen would scroll with you as you moved (so that your character is always in the center) it would be so much easier to time your jumps and be able to see what's below you, or above you in some places, in fac the ones where you had to jump up into another screen were the most frustrating parts and what were the most annoying parts of an otherwise decent game.
Too mediocre...not original at all and levels are too simple, average music and art, and bad background art. Somehow, the summary about going back in time and becoming younger to be faster in order pass levels sucked me in to playing this game...until I realized it's just like getting upgrade, like in Robot Wants Kitty. Also, a mini-map, "dead ends" would make this game better.
For average games, I usually end with "hope for a better version of this game soon", but this game is not unique and I hope for the new games of Newgrounds to be original, no matter how badly programmed...etc.
I was waiting for a challange when so many was bitching about it being hard and shit.
But personaly i like it, it reminds me of the old days when games were ment to be "hard" the game reminds me of Castlevania 1 (when it comes to the margains or error)
Having the space at the exact same as the character can jump is fun. And the complaint of there being to few checkpoints is full and utter Bull. For being a platformer this game has atleast a checkpoint were things is going to shit. So the creator atleast gives you mercy.
The Graphics i dont really care about, its only there to show you the game, For being a reviewer in my spare time with my uncle i dont really care that much about the graphics.
But if i shall questioning the graphics, its "nice" but it fits well to what the game is trying to be. A simple platformer, although the animations is worthless, the concept itself is well made, and it was actually fun to play it through a secound time just to see if i could beat my score.
I would give it more then 4, but since the animations is not that impressive it will just have to do with a 3.5
