Also, the two boys' trainer looks kind of like Snow from Final Fantasy XIII.
Other than that, this is a good idea. Bad guys are really well designed, adult characters are collected and everything. A good, generic start for an anime-like cartoon.

well obviously i can watch every anime and play every video to make sure of those things haha - - i just make what think looks cool and i make what i think sounds cool for names. YUP

You need to run a spell check on some of the words, and make sure you are using the correct tenses of your and you're... etc.
outside of that, it looked like a strong effort. good art, story seems like it has potential. kind of not feeling some of the characters but i'm typically not very interested in anime style cartoons, which this one has the feeling of without the art style.
