I love this kind of game!

And you've made a solid, simple game. My only peeve, and this knocked you from 10 to 8, is that I cannot sell goods in lots. I seriously have spent the bulk of my time with this game in the trade screen holding down the mouse button.
When I have enough resources to say, buy 5000 stone for a keep when I only have round 200 stone, I should not have to spend 5+ minutes to trade it. If I could just select that I want to convert 125 gold into silver and then by 5000 stone (think that's the math anyway) then that would make this game phenomenal in my book.

Nice, but needs some work

This is a pretty good game, but it has some serious shortcomings and loopholes (many of which have already been pointed out) that could really improve it:

1 - The lumber loophole - buy as many lumber milsl as you can, build hovels for money and build some more lumber mills, with 30 mills you get lumber faster than you can sell it, which means you can buy anything.

2 - Selling takes waaaaay too long. Maybe have buttons to sell it in lumps of 10, 100 and 1000. This, together with the previous point, make the game just a matter of sitting with your finger on the -lumber key for 3 hours, which gets a little boring.

3 - I don't understand the carrying stats - sending 300 henchmen with mules along with my army to the lowest difficulty destination and they are still bringing home only some 200 silver out of the 500 found...

4 - Why can you only build 1 mine? Expecially when you can gain lumber so quickly, it is very boring having to sell lumber for 30 minutes so as to buy enough stone to build the keep.

5 - Maybe a bulk buy button for soldiers too?

But again, this is a fun game, I had fun and kept playing it for a good few hours before I got bored of sellign lumber!

Adding a menu on the trade screen to trade large amounts of items or even just adding an x10 or x50 button would help the gameplay a lot in my opinion, though everything else seemed to be good.

An incredible game, but might i make a few quick subjestions?

Quests, the variety and need for diferent units was good, but one of the things that really annoyed me is the fact that i never take a large amount of the loot, like the diference between having 20 henchmen and 100 is about 10 stone -_- I also wish there was more variety of buildings, along with a much improved trading system. I can only get one thing at a time? Reall? When will i ever need just 1 lumber?? Not often, and on top of that- the pricing is a little of. One piece of wood should not be equal to one peice of gold, seems a little unbalanced to me.

Overall though, great style, idea, and principle behind the game, just needs some tweks!
