Needs a save option!

Great game, simple but addictive, like it! But please add a save button

small suggestion

Trading is a little inconvenient when you try to sell/buy large amounts of resources.
Some buttons or checkboxes to choose the amount resources moved with every click would be helpful (like 1x, 5x, 10x and 100x).

Still, very cool game!

Good. Good indeed.

I like this type of games, actually.
You've created the best one.

not so great

This has probably been mentioned before, but ill say it again anyways.

This game is one click fest, and thats about it. I have soo much resources of all kinds, but all I need is gold. That would be fine if I could trade my other resources IN BULK for gold, not just 1. My income of lumber was higher then I could lose it trading it for gold.

same goes for buying units, you need to click click click.

Especially annoying when I just click-bought a huge army only to lose them ALL in a battle. guess I have to click-buy them all again. (can u believe I bought an army of 500 hencman, 1000 conscripts, 500 warriors and a bunch of other dudes from scrap, apparently I clicked over 2000 times, you just gave me RSI)

Maybe I had to little number in my army, but with 500 henchmen I still wasnt carrying any thing worthwile coming home. the quest were useless to me.

to send the units was also a pain, its not user friendly.

I did try it, and in the beginning its kinda fun, but later on it gets impossible to play because of the aforementioned.

also no autosave

2/5

Great concept, great execution, but poor balance.

This game is great fun to play but the balance (as far as resources go) is awful. Mushrooms and stones are absolutely miserable to wait for. Because of taxes you can build up your per-turn income very quickly but because you can only buy things in the 'trade' screen one at a time that's not very useful (I used an auto-clicker and it was STILL a nightmare getting enough mushrooms to buy mages). The game itself is practically bug free (although I did get negative meat at one point) and the user interfaces are easy to use but some resources are too difficult to accumulate to make them really worth it and the fact that you can only buy/sell things one at a time can be infuriating.

Possible improvements for future games:
-A way to buy/sell multiple things at a time
-A clear explanation of what happens during quests; they're sort of just a black box at the moment
-MUCH larger rewards for completing quests
-Some way to level-up/augment your heroes beyond simply appropriately equipping them for the situations they are likely to face
-Making you work for the heroes, and maybe being able to replace heroes if you don't find them useful
-Giving some heroes abilities that help the town; rather than making their abilities quest only
-Some way to upgrade buildings in the town beyond their original level, sort of like the dig-site/quarry/mine thing but for all buildings
-Make some way for the player to harvest materials at a useful speed. By 30min in I was simply trading for all materials (aside from wood and meat) since every turn I only earned, like, 1 of them
-Some way to catalog the spells you've found. I found 35 (and some are fairly powerful) but I still don't think I found them all. Considering how large that section is I was surprised their was no memory or unlock feature for it.

I'm probably forgetting some things but that's most of it. I really did like the game (finished with 13Mil+ experience) and hope you continue to make more. Definetly one of the best 'First Games' I've ever seen.
