Retro FTW

I'm playing this game for a while now and really like it.
The graphics are simple, but in a good retro way. I really like the neon-like art style. This and the catchy background tune reminds me of the good old times.

The game itself, game play wise, is also appealing. It's a pretty cool mix of different games. Shooting aliens with gargantuan cannons is always fun.

It's not the easiest game I played so far, but the controls are easy and the action, especially on the later levels, with missiles, lots of aliens and motherships is quite intense and a lot of fun.

I can only recommend the game. It's fun, it seems well done and the amount of content, lots of levels and medals to gain, is enough to get me entertained for a couple of lunch breaks.

So I could vote 5, actually raise it by .01 , I don't understand why this does not have a higher score. It is very well put together, easy to get into, and addicting. Also to boot very nice looking, with really good sound quality. Also the bonus points for achieving combos, was amazing, making the score system more then boring. Over all it has all you could be looking for in a game. It even has unlockables. Maybe it is just to hard for some people. Even though the controls are pretty simple. Even the speed and difficulty as each level progressed seemed fair and building up. Great game!!

i expected something else

i rated with 10 stars becouse it's a great game but i just don't like this kind of games i exected something with more action... but great game! =)

Glitch was a good feature

I managed to Kill the buggers with the regenerating shield without any EMP bomb just getting enough waves of homing missiles to strike at the right time. I figured that since that was a survival level it was intended to be a don't get past this unless you kick ass at games choke point.

Great game; solid controls and coding.
