Reviews for "Bunny Kill 5 The Game"

it's really good

for a tribute game its really good just you need to tweak a few things here and there like you slide when you change directions that get annoying and its just a big platform there's barely any other small platforms i only found one and i think it because i somehow got up there by jumping a lot and also why can't the regular bunnies jump i mean that would make it a little more difficult but good tribute game overall keep it up

Very interesting

I'm not saying it's a bad game, but it definately isn't that good. But trust me, if this were an 'official' game, I'd want to tear you limb from limb. But like you said, this was really more of a test than anything else, and so I write my review from the point of view of a tester. The game was solid enough, I liked the idea of leveling up to get new weapons. But you left out firearms, which is still an important part of Bunnykill. The music fit very well, it had that Bunnykill feel to it. Obviously my main problem is that Snowball didn't have that almost liquid quality in his movements. I wasn't expecting anything spectacular, but the game could have moved faster overall. It was just a butten spam game. I do really like the attempt you made, and it is a fairly solid game, I'm just pointing out a few tweaks that you probably already see. Cheers.

that's good but...

only decapitations? quite poor, isn't it?

why don't give a "proper death" for any weapon?

A good start.

I actually kind of like the game as it is. However, I do agree that it would be pretty sweet if someone did team up with the creator and made a more polished and fancy version.

Unfortunately, a full game may be a long way off, or maybe even out of the question as far as Bunnykill's creator is concerned. So, in the meantime, here are a few things you could do to improve what is already created.

-Ranged Weapons. Guns were used quite a bit in the Bunnykill series, so it wouldn't be out of the question to give you the option of fighting with a gun.
-More Attacks. I get bored kicking and slashing my way through the same bunnies over and over. Maybe some sort of special attack or something would fix that.
-Healing. Maybe you could heal a few points in between rounds, or pick up a powerup every once in a while.
-Active Guarding. There is only one game I have ever played that did an acceptable job implementing passive guarding, and that is Tekken 5, a console game. It's far more complicated and deep than this "short and basic game," and was only able to pull it off because of several other faces of gameplay. It is not recommended here in a simple flash game.
-Interactive Environments. I would like to be able to move to different areas and all that good stuff, and I'd love to be able to damage walls and jump off of stuff. Most good fighting games have that.

Anyway, good job. 7/10. 4/5

Mechanics problems keep it from being solid

This needs a regenerating block if you're going to have a block that isn't infinite... it needs to work like a shield otherwise it's kinda like having a second life bar that only protects you when you're idle. Yeah, needs a separate button for defense that gives you an advantage ofr using it, like a counter button that would leave them open when done correctly. Those are the two mechanics changes I would do to the game to make it more fun.
