Reviews for "Run From the Sun"

pree cool

@alphajesus

my first try, i shot myself at the sun adn thats how i got the wrong way achive, so its not impossible ty noob

okay

your game is fun ill give u that but. the planets dont seem to be spread evenly. whats that i missed but okay ill hit the nest one wait all the planets are at the bottom of the screen. also it seems like if you miss a planet you drift way to long like after u miss on planet the chances of hitting another one are slim. so by the time u die and respwan the sun is right there ready to kill u or is just got done eating ur planet.

Very fun.

Played all the way through the ships and past for some acheivments. One issue is that the shuttle which says that it has largest Oxygen tanks has smallest and the one with the reported smallest tanks has largest in actual gameplay. Otherwise a fun game.

Pretty Fun

Really enjoyed it while I was getting the achievements, and the new shuttles every couple of turns. Kept playing for about 30 minutes, and could never get the last shuttle.

I liked that it had a simple, but very fun concept. I liked that the shuttles all had different perks, but most of them you couldn't really tell anything different other than design. It seemed like half the shuttles were just there for something to unlock because they really weren't noticeably different from the first one. I liked the heavy gravity one, quick liftoff, ufo, longer O2, but the rest were just the basic model with a different coat of paint. The anti-gravity one was just pointless past the first few minutes where there were lots of planets. If/Once you got to the 10,000 planets it was just a waste because if you didn't hit the few planets there were dead on, you were just floating till O2 ran out.

Also, the game jumps in difficulty too much at the 10,000 mark. Again you go from 5 planets on the screen to 1, and then have the sun increase speed. So all the buffer I feel like I should have created is gone once you cross 10k and a single miss drops you back in the sun.

Again, fun game and the music is good, but 30 minutes is more than enough for me, there's just not a lot of replay value. Good Job though.
