Ultimate? Hardly.

So quite obviously, most of the stuff was kinda ripped from Street Fighter 4. And I mean COMPLETELY ripped. The characters are re-skinned, their moves are basically the same, but in different combos - even the sound clips are the same.
That's pretty darn lazy if you ask me. If you're gonna go through the trouble of making a game, at least come up with some original characters.
The animation is clunky, the backgrounds are lifeless, and the music is forgettable, and ultimately, the game just isn't any fun.

The winning move is to hold the down arrow and spam 3... U will win your fights with full health :D

Pretty standard fighting game.

However i liked the art and the graphics were beyond most submissions here on NG. Over all it was quite enjoyable.

P.S. For those who have the problem where 1 2 3 4 5 and 6 do not do anything in a fight, go to the main menu > options and reset all of the controls. It fixes it.
