the animation was okay but if you change pico to saskue and convict to vegeta all you get is a complete rip off.

Fail, dude.
You didn't stick to the convict original, with the tie and skull face. Also, where did you get the idea pico can shoot red arrow-like projectiles from his eye? Almost like Sasuke from Naruto, in fact... but i feel this wasn't original, and you should have stuck to pico's roundhouse kick and just plain punches as well as his age. WHY DOES EVERYONE MAKE HIM OLDER?!? And where were his uzi's? I just feel this was quite unoriginal in many ways.

I dont see why your crtisizing me on using my imagination and recreating the characters in the way i want to. Animating is more of a freedom of expression, not a law. And making him shoot projectiles out of his eyes was what i wanted him to do, because i felt like it. And people can make pico older if they want, its not compulsory to make him look like a 10 year old kid.
Plus the eye was originally goin to be blue, when he shot projectiles. But Sasuke told me red is the way to go. Anyway i thank you for your comment

Come on I mean the animation was good, but do you even under stand the fact that Convict is a shapeshifter! He didn't even use his powers once in this video. :(
