Ups and downs
For the sake of how extreme 'THAT'S AWESOME' or 'THAT'S PENIS!' the other latest reviews are here's a little feedback.
First thoughts were the background images were very nice, the characters themselves were also not bad. I'm not usually one for the whole furry fuzzy thing but the Australian/Western style theme kind of brought back Blinky Bill afternoon cartoon memories.
More so about the characters was that a lot of their expressions were nice and their overall drawings were also nicely done. It was however kind of dwarfed by how much nicer the backgrounds were. What wasn't well done however was their talking animations and certain areas where it seems you attempted to cut some corners to save some time.
Audio for sound effects was touch and go at some points, probably needed to be double checked. May have simply been an issue with playback. Majority of voices were also ups and downs. One voice however I'm almost certain was a friend or something using Team Speak or Ventrillo; which was just beyond words for terrible. I'm sure however he was pleased to be in your work as I'm fairly certain it was one of those 'Oh, can I be in it too?' kinda things.
Music was well chosen, but then you hear one Western song you hear 'em all. Decent but kind of predictable storyline, though in that sense that's kind of nice. I mean if anyone watches a Western they enter it with certain expectations. One of them always being a bar fight. Keep it up, don't cut so many corners next time and always re-check your work.
