very original
quite a nice game, great graphics, smooth gameplay, overall fun to play. My only complaint is the auto-pause system, I have nothing wrong with pausing if the mouse leaves the screen, but it would be nice if the game would auto-unpause when the mouse returns onto screen. Because the dog is mouse controlled, i found myself jerking the mouse offscreen quite often, which made it a bit tedious to constantly click the unpause button.
You can unpause by pressing P, Enter or Escape

The only complaint I have is that the directions weren't too clear. If you're not going to have specific in-game instructions, you need to explain in the author comments.
I love the animation and the gameplay, even though it's kinda hard :p haha
Oh yeah I usually write what the game's about in Author Comments. I'll do that now.
I'm not addin a How-To page in the game though, I don't think it needs that.

Great start
It's really good fun but it seems unfinished. The concept and the challenge is there but as the enemy advances I feel the player is left behind. Possibly making it into actual levels from which you can use lives to try again rather than from the start. Also an upgrade system could really improve this.
I think you want what the other guy said, like adding in different enemies that give new kinds of shots as you go.
Error or intentional?
Not sure if this is intentional but after I beat the two 'big beams' enemies stopped coming, and all I could chow down on was birds and the occasional ultra blast.
I liked the concept (would've loved to shoot more horses) but it was kind of a downer not to have an official end.
That's bad, that shouldn't av happened.
