it may just be a glitch but the controls are erratic and sometimes unresponsive otherwise the game was great, I'd like to see more like these
It's good ambiance, and I like the feel and pacing of the idea. It's an alright story, sold with the visuals and format.
Not so good on the gameplay side. Respawn points are unintuitive, and while well-designed for deaths, seem arbitrarily placed. Animations of creatures interrupt necessary actions, most notably jumping. For a platformer this is pretty critical. Jumping backwards for a shorter distance also screwed me over on the fire level, making it a tedious process to consciously change direction before jumping.
3/5, good but the controls are holding it back for me.
