Good topic
Bad explination. I enjoyed the animation and the way you presented everything. This is also a great topic for ppl to discuss however, I have to agree with JakeTaz (below) and say you did not really get into the meat of the topic.

a true reflection on society today, as well as a confirmation to the old saying "power corrupts". btw emopiniata66, power isn't just money or your sway on people; power is not some mundane thing, but power is what people believe makes those with it better than them, even though most dont realize that they're the lucky ones, because, despite how it may appear, theyre the only one in control of their lives. people dont own power; power owns them.
while its true that some people with power use it for selfless reasons, odds are its for some popularity growth or political move. the truly good people with power are more of an exception to the case. another btw, i sort of agree with you JakeTaz, that there would be more options than mugging/helping, but these were just some examples. the author doesn't have forever to go through every little scinario that could happen if you had power, and so he just gave u a few examples of what COULD happen.
Anti-climactic
The way this started out, I thought I might actually be in for quite a treat, and maybe learn something as well. But it didn't go anywhere. Look, I'm not going to be one of those people that shares all of my retarded worldviews with a bunch of internet trolls who don't care anyway, I'm just saying that there are more options here than helping someone out or mugging them. I realize this is a big topic to tackle with a little flash cartoon, but if a normal person suddenly had power, there would be a much wider range of possibilities than some simple "mugging vs. heping" situation. So I've gotta give you props for talking about something interesting and for a solid animation, but I think if you got a little deeper into this material your viewers would appreciate it.

it depends what power is. is power money? because with power you could buy the car and the house but it really wouldnt make sense how you could beat someone up with it. is power political control? if you ruled the nation the car and house was owned by you could give it to them but unless you got other people to mug them it wouldnt make sense. what im saying is your point is there and i understand what your trying to say generally but its not always clear what your trying to say about "power". great animation. creative format. and pretty good all in all. the cat rape scared me a little tho.
