Pretty good
The whole little movie was really good. The art was pretty simple, but still really enjoyable. The concept is 100% true.
The only thing i didn't like is that you made "Jim" (the character) just mug people when he got power, although he could mug them even without power. If you had made him do other "Jerk"-ish stuff instead of that, you would have gotten my 10/10

The lesson is quite old, and you picked the wrong 'explanation'. Its 'power corrupts', not if you would use it for good or evil. Power brings out the true self of people, so what merely was a shadow will become a sun.

The original idea for the 'bad' to the hobo was that his house was gonna get taken by Jim, and the original 'bad' for the cat was that Jim uses the power to cut down the tree.... and into a furnace...
