Collision detection sucks
Just beat it, strangely satisfying.
But please remove the downwards jumping. Don't fix the terrible collision detection, that would just reduce my feeling of accomplishment after beating level 30.

Well I managed to beat it...
With 954 deaths. My major complaints are the annoying "downwards ceiling jump" that occurs; can the frog just max out jump height or move to the side of the block? I was "hitting" blocks when the character sprite was nowhere near them.
Same with the spinning apple cores. I tested this by falling to my death in the same spot on lvl 30, half the time the apples would get me, the other times they wouldn't. The frog's pixels were never touching the apples pixels.
The reason most people go to low res games is because it is easy to track collisions... If pixel 32 is adjacent to pixel 95, restart level. Even though your UPDATE 2 says you fixed it, its still absolutely horrid.
Nearly impossible to beat, let alone only dying 30 or 10 times.
very good game
this is a nice game , very challenging like a good plataformer should be. but i think there is a problem with the edges of the boxes
