The game was fun and I enjoyed playing it! :D But I think some things could have been done better.
When you die, you instantly re spawn at the beginning of the stage, which at the first stages isn't a problem at all, but when you get to the harder levels you can die by a bird or miss a timing jump. The point is that you can get lots of unnecessary deaths this way (if you want to beat a score). When you die and re spawn the game could pause until you touch one of the movement keys.
When you beat a level, the game doesn't pause. You can still move and die. Not a big issue since you still get to the other level, but you do get a death count.
Anyway, other than that, perfect :D make more great games!

Fun n' retro!
I liked it! The retro 8-bit graphics and music went well together - combined with simple run n' jump action makes for a fun game.
Simple games like yours are a welcome break from things like Modern Warfare 2, where running up a hill can be a sordid ordeal.
