Imprecise and a bit Slow

I love the graphical style and the game concept and puzzles are pretty good but there are two issues that I had:

- One minor issue is the slowness of the character and especially the burrow and unburrow animations
- The major issue though is the imprecision of the visuals

I realize you wanted to avoid the typical grid look of most puzzle games of this type but it detracted heavily from being able to actually play. The combination of continuous (rather than step-wise) movement and the semi-isometric view makes it nearly impossible not only to solve puzzles and see how they're solved, but even if you know what to do it's difficult to execute it.

Combined with limited lives it makes the game very frustrating.

Fairly good

Overall a pretty good game, but there is some points where it could be better. The artwork and design was wonderfully done. The music was also well conceived and designed. There is no doubt that they are really what makes this game great.

I think the biggest sticking point for me was the controls. Normally for puzzle type games they wouldn't matter too much, however on some levels your game require perfect timing in order to reach the exit and that is where it really is just torturous. I don't remember what specific level it was but there was a point where I just almost quit because it was so frustrating control the main character without him dying over and over. I don't have to say how much it's a big point to have perfect control of a character when perfect timing is required.

All in all, the puzzles were fairly challenging and were enjoyable to figure out and solve. I found it very interesting that you decided to make the final boss more of a response type game, rather than one final puzzle; nothing wrong with that but an very interesting choice you'd made. Despite some of it's shortcomings, it's still a pretty fun game to play with an entertaining story. Keep up the good work!

Lvl 9 TT-TT

Lvl 9 is too hard... help plz?

really good animation, but most of it is just walk along then "back sideways forward back sideways forwards I think I've made it! no ¬_¬ start again." with help from a very slight lag level 9 was so annoying I've become mentally unstable. the amount of times I found myself asking how the **** I was getting stuck behind a crystal I was clearly to the side of or something similar... after that though there wasn't much else. the bosses introduced a speed element but apart from that its just dodging shit repeatedly.
the game is well made, and parts are fun, its just too repetitive, and annoys the crap out of ya.

Heres the problem

Some of these levels are very difficult, which is fine. But it should not cost a life to restart because sometimes you just make one little mistake. Then its hard to get points because every time you die your points get taken away. It doesn't really seem fair that you lose your hard earned points. Nice idea but not a very good representation.
