Looks promising.

I admire an artist who sets a different pace towards their animations.
Plenty of symbolism to explore (though, I feel it has to do more than just with age and experience) Anyways, the animation is clean and simple. The drawings are rather basic; however, the view of the horizon was spectacular, innovative thinking or not, I enjoyed the sight of the sunset.
Effort was definitly put into this (and don't worry about it being NG material- you got Frontpaged though XD)
I wish you the best of luck! You definitly have potential being an animator.

Pretty good there were a few problems you might want to not have in future flashes. Noices on the fire were loud and very crackly tone it down a bit, fire rarely makes that much noice. The noice that the feet made were ok but loud.

I liked the story a lot though good job.

all i thought when he came out of the skin and looked younger was Dr.Who

His footsteps made me think of a ticking clock. As time was counting down. And once it hit the new hour a new person emerged from his skin...

I loved the comparison between the snake shedding his skin and the man as well...

I really enjoyed the lighting effects. The absence of voice or music really added to the feel of the environment.
