Needs rethinking
Not bad at all! The concept is great, but suffers from an overwhelming userinterface. Plus there are some seriouse balance-issues. You may want to rethink the graphical design to make it clear and simple. The idea with "rules" are adding a great deal of tactical depth into your game and reminded me a little of "Final Fantasy Tactics", keep them at all cost.

I had no fucking idea what was going on
This was the biggest wtf i have faced on newgrounds so far, there is no logic explaination, not even when you press the instruction button, cuz then you just get a shit load of icons that take place very turn or so.
If you'd make the controls and objectives more clear this might turn in to a good game.
HARD
I don't know if I was missing something, untalented, just plain stupid, or what, but this game was REALLY hard. I couldn't get past the first level o_________o It seemed like a good concept, and a well thought out game, but I got royally destroyed, thus I didn't have much fun.

Great Game
You should be able to fuse every fighter though, not just those three. You should make a sequel to adjust for it. Adding upgrades might make it a lot more complecated especially with the number of fighters.
