The whole suicide theme's been overdone, but what hasn't been nowadays. It was straightforward. Not very emotional for me, but definitely should be for those who've personally dealt with suicide.

My only criticism is that it could have had more to it. It was a successful shorter flash. Very well animated, and so I ask, why not have added some back-story? Reason for suicide, why they're friends. Not to the point that it gets to drawn out or boring, just enough to boost the viewer's interest in the characters.

Overall, nicely done in regards to what you were going for. And for adding to it, why not make the characters feel a bit more real? It would make them more interesting and you clearly have the skill to do it :)

(ps. I don't know about the dragonfly at the end.. sweet but somewhat cliche)

Ok, Try Making An Animation Based On Other Things Instead Of People Commiting Suicide Because This Was Too Boring And Did Nothing For Me.
Im Not Criticizing You But Use Your Great Animating Skills On A Differant Story Besides Depression.

Nice, but-

It was a lovely animation, and though i can't relate to anybody who has committed suicide, i can relate to the death of a loved one. This does emphasize that kind of feeling, and your animation skills are great, but there's a few things that I've noticed you need to work on. Like the fact that I couldn't tell whether the hooded person was either a tomboyish girl or a pretty boy. That could've been helped if the hood wasn't zipped up, or if the hood fell off of his/her head while she was on her knees. That and the fact that he/she was crying in one part, but in the next, the tears were magically gone XD. And it confused me as to why he/she had their hand up at the moon, because at first I thought he/she was reaching for a moon, or stroking the image of the girl who killed herself. And don't take any of this the wrong way, this is simply constructive criticism. But 7 stars cuz I liked the basic idea of this animation =)
