The animation and music went well together, but most of all I have to applaud you for the amount of emotion you managed to portray through their expressions/actions.

A few thoughts
Good music choice, it blended in well with the story. I also really liked your form of drawing though the animation with them was a little lacking sometimes (Like with the hand taking off the hair pin or the flying dragonfly).
You said you wanted people to relate to this emotionally. I thought it was a little.. I wanna say abrupt, maybe sudden. Maybe next time you try something like this, I'd suggest putting 10-25 seconds of storyline at the beginning. It doesn't even have to be very complex. Here, you could have them walking/running and talking/laughing/smiling to each other. They get near the cliff and the first girl stops. Then what you currently have.
Also, I apperantly wasn't the only one confused as to the hooded girl's gender. It could be the hood itself. Might I suggest enunciating the hair or I suppose it could be the facial features. Figured I ought to mention that.
I liked it.
Not to mean, but it is kinda random without a story line on how and why she did it. But it was temendusly good, love the animation, good music to it, and i think some times, when people make these kinda of sad storys, they are realated to the artists life, on what heppend to them, or in their mind.
Above all, it was great.

reminds me of the normal mode ending of fatal frame: crimson butterfly lol all in all good animation and storyline very emo though. could have been better if snippets of what happen to her led to that so we can truly feel how the other girl felt. jus my opinion
I have a few questions
First: why the second girl didn't stop the first one?
Second: is the second girl realy a girl? she looks more like a boy
Third: If she realy is a girl, then were they lesbians? lol :P

Its an artistic piece, it's supposed to be interpreted, not.. forced upon you.
Part of the reason i created it like this, was to get people think for themselves about it.
Maybe they could apply themself to the situation, and feel the same emotions these two might have.
Or somehow even relate the situation to their own, in their own lives.
This wasnt supposed to grasp every person. It was made for those who could relate to it on an emotional level.
