What to say
Before I decided to write a review I decided to check out a few of your other games. I also played armoured ashura 1.
I'm more impressed with the 1st armoured ashura.
For some reason I kept coming back to this game over and over again.
Gameplay. 4 This reminds me of raiden. So many shots all over the place but I learned that its all dodge-able. you just need to be slow and careful.
Bosses were different and unique, unfortunatly, because it was different and unique fighting system for the bosses, I didn't know how to beat them at first.
I had to learn by trial and error to shoot back the first bosses circle flames with my super attack to send the attack back at him to hurt him.
I liked the different weapon types, but they weapon types seemed much more useful in the first one because here you have such an overload of enemies that you can't possilby kill them in time before they shoot their attack.
Also, the qualtity of the monsters. I recall there being more in the first asura game
Hitting monsters that are behind you. I can't. Not unless I have a better power up. Which sucks.
Art: 5 I have never had to make a negative comment about art until now. The art in the game hampers the player. I used the fire effect. When using it amongst all the enemy fire, and amonst the red background, I had trouble seeing enemy fire and I would get hit. The Combo indicator added to that effect aswell.
I died or got hurt because of those three things and a few occasions.
Audio: 7 Im guessing you planned for that effect of audio. Its the same as the last game.
Score of 5.3.
I don't think I've ever given anyone a score of 5.3 ever. It's sfunny. I like playign this game thinking Im some kind of Power Ranger, but the things listed above reduce the score quite a bit. I like this game. I find it addicting, and will play it again.
