Reviews for "A Very Christmas Incident"

Yeesh.

Funny, but the voice acting was quite below par, kinda killing it. Everyone sounded incredibly bored and no one had emotion in their voice. If you could get some competence in this regard, it would be quite good.

Wtf is with the perspective?

Major flaws hold back what might have been a funny flash.

-Your perspective is entirely out of wack. I understand you're trying to be creative, but each time you made an attempt to do a low or high angle shot, it just looked wrong.

-Choppy animation.

-Weird proportions. Falls in line with perspective.

-Terrible voice acting. Needs some fragment of emotion. Needs a better mic. The lack of emotion makes this feel extremely slow paced and boring.

Slackman responds:

It's my first time really working with perspective like that, hopefully I'll get better with more practice. As far as the proportions go, not everything was intended to be hyper realistic. One of the fantastic things of animation is that you can bend and warp things unrealistically and not just depict reality. If I was trying to make something really realistic, I probably would have filmed it.

The voice acting needs some work... Win some, lose some, right?

alright.. crappy voice acting

Not bad but not a fan of possible insest..

Slackman responds:

Me neither!

DUDE

Coulda been funny as hell.

Needed a bit more..

uhm...

SPICE I guess.
7 because it's Christmas
-2 because I'm an asshole

Slackman responds:

I had to tone this down a bit, as it was originally entered into a contest for broadcast and had to be clean. Trust me when I tell you that I've got one in production that's a bit more... "picante" shall we say?

Disgruntled Family Christmas

But that's really all that can be said about this. Personally I like going to these kinds of party's so I don't see what the problem is.

Slackman responds:

Alrighty then.
