But srsly, I liked the jokes and lolled at some of them. The first bit was kind of annoying because I thought it was over already, credits dont really work in the middle of the video. Overall I liked it.

funny smart clever, its all these things. and its also got some really fucking nice looking credits. keep up what your doing. but the voice acting was totally and i quote: "meh." so yeah sorta funny and clever but voice acting was meh.

Right, I am personally fine with your style of art. However, I believe making it into a series of shorts, or adding in an actual plot, maybe a superhero or two ect would help. Also, if youre going for series of shorts, make sure to include some morals or values. even if they are completely f ed up. :D
Personally, I was expecting a story of someone who rises to power and starts killing and taxing people. and stuff. yeah. >>
Oookay, where to begin?
Alright, lets begin with the basics. Character design... I'm sorry, but if it took you months to design those characters, I don't have much faith in the rest of the series. If by character design, you mean the artistic process of animating them, then yes, you did a good job, take a momentary pat on the back, only for it to be taken away for the voice acting. Yes, I've heard worse, but for the quality of animation, I was led to believe that the voice acting would be semi-on par with that. Speaking of things being sub-par, lets talk about story... Oh that's right, there really isn't one. So to sum it all up, good animation, poor character design, pitiful voice acting, and a story so shallow I could step in a puddle of it and remain completely dry. And the title has nothing to do with anything... You may want to fix that.
