It's Brand New Day, from Joss Whedon's internet miniseries Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog.

Good work, but voice acting.

I love all the backgrounds and little photos and everything, I see you went and put in extras for laughs and it's pretty funny,
BUT
It's very monotone through the movie,
and when that happens halfway through, you tend to think why am i watching this (like i could be doing something productive)or ok, so...
With the Voice acting try to add more life and not like you were just talking in a mic.
It's not horrible or bad, it just could've loads funnier with a tad more exaggerated lines and what not with pauses, tone change, and all that good stuff.

And the writing is funny without a doubt, but they dont sell over with the VA.
And i stress this the most on the News anchors and Supervillian at the beginning i dunno what they are feeling if they are surprised, sarcastic, scared i dunno..
And i was really wanting to laugh at the villain but the VA was just dull. Maybe give him more life and be more cartoonish villain, maybe with a semi-english pompous accent or something i dunno. Just more life.
That is all.
Great job though 7/5 just to help you out.

A Little Too Monotonous

I think the biggest problem I had with your animation was the pacing; how the elements were linked together and how the whole thing flowed from start to finish. I think your work would benefit greatly from having something more interesting and exciting than the somewhat lifeless-feeling dialogue to break things up. I felt that the piece just seemed to drag on and on.
