It's complicated to say...
The donations for coins or whatever is a nice try, but nobody will go for it. The game is too simplistic in its design to warrant some sort of donor program for items. In other words, the game is too easy and repetitive to bother going through surveys for coins, for items.
Now, about the gameplay: it really didn't work for me. It's basically the same stage, being a side-scroller, repeating itself over and over. The difficulty only increased by the number of enemies as far as I could tell (I'm 75% through the game), which, when simply examined enough, is no difficulty at all. I just jump, spam-heal, and attack. On boss stages, I just ignored the boss and kept attacking the grunts that endlessly come - and end up with over 600+ bonus points. Sure, I could just keep going, but the game literally gets boring after the first couple of bosses.
I have no points in Magic, about 20 in Finesse (I stopped adding points after realizing the pitiful percentage amounts) and dumped everything else into Fitness. As for skills, I only saw Heal and AttackJump worth putting many points into. That way, I just run around the screen spamming the AttackJump move, getting multi-kill bonus points. Or, I just stand there, and rack up combo points. One or two heals quickly heals me to full, creating little danger to my character's life. I've yet to even try teleporting, and the fireball range is so unreliable that there's no point in using it. Basically:
AttackJump left.
AttackJump right.
Repeat. Repeat. Repeat, until the enemies are bunched up.
Run to one side to get a good distance.
AttackJump the mass of enemies.
?????
Profit.
The items. They're pretty good, but too random. I've yet to find a ring, but I have like 7 amulets. But basically, I sacrificed other stats for bonus XP gain.... having like 65% extra experience tops all else.
The difficulty is too easy, in my opinion. Sure, I'm playing it on normal, but as it is with my tactics, I'm unkillable.
The enemies. What can I say? There's only three different ones I've seen: goblins (in every level), bosses, and rare fatties that come with the bosses. No variety other than their appearance and attack.
Finally, the graphics. They were OK. The blood spatter was definitely a plus, and the map had cool blood trail effects. Nice to see armor actually showing on your character.
Overall, I give it a 5/5. The donations/coins thing didn't affect my rating at all, but rather the game itself is too long and drawn out for the content provided. If it had more variety of enemies, more balance between skills and spells, and fixing exploitable survivability and endless experience (on boss battles), my score would be higher.
