A Great First Flash
It was thoroughly entertaining, and your animation is something I wouldn't have expected for a first time effort. The fight sequence was well thought out but a tad bit anticlimactic. The monochromatic scheme worked well but at the same time, the poor detail in the building combined with the lack of sound effects made the fight more empty and less intense. But overall, a great flash.

You may be new to animation, but you're not new to drawing, that's why this has some quality to it. The techniques will come to you as you practise.
What I didn't like was the lack of color in the background. Even if it's black and white, there should have been some variation of grey.
Also, the sound FX should've been more frequent to add to the intensity of the encounter.
Looking forward to more of this style from you.

Not bad, the animation was in some part passable, and in other parts very good
the only problems I found were tiny little "comic book guy" type noticable differences with reality and dramatized fighting, they were many but trivial and it hardly matters when your talking about animations

OK for your first
The fighting was not amazing,the ninja didn't put up much of a fight and the ending wasn't satisfying. But it was still OK especially for your first flash. I think the ninja should have won.
