Befitting the original poem as well, Nina's lyrical rendition. When, I did see "Strange Fruit" I was thinking immediately when I read it before in an English class during high school. To say it was moving was an understatement.
I think that the dark shades and small animation reflects the stillness of death accurately. So, I think that was a good artistic choice.

The blend of imagery and music is seamless.
The whole thing is meloncholic to an incredible degree and it really shows the message aswell as your own feelings towards racism.

Indeed not much animation at all. I had to drastically scale down the amount of animation in it, in order for me to get it finished. I have this habit of working on a flash for a month tops, and then dropping it...
But I agree, there isn't much animation in it.
