A mouse control would greatly improve the game.
Nice graphics, but keyboard only control detracts greatly from the game.

Nothing really new and some strange stuff
There are already tons of archer defending games and this doesn't add something very special to it.
The graphics are ok, while I personally dislike those rendered sprites; but well that might be just my taste.
But it's hardly deniable, that the animations for the faster creatures just look hilarious in their speed and unfitting to the game theme.
The music was not my taste either but there was no option to turn it off without turning off the sound effects. If I don't want any sound at all, then I could just turn off my speaker as well.
As an additional note: If you turn off the music in the title screen, you can't turn it on again (or so it seems to me).
But the sound effects were OK for me.
But what I really dislike about this game is how it handles the special shots. I can't combine them; well, that might still be fine. It might have some reason for that.
But then if I cast a new spell, any remaining special shots of the last spell are also not saved. Sorry, but this sucks seriously in my sense!
Has promise...
The game definantly has promise. But yeah its way too hard. I got swarmed on the third level by all those big ogers and some running knight? You should make more upgrades available earlier and I was on the easy setting to. Also needs some better targeting. I've always hated games like this where you have to know your angel where your shot is going. I'm giving you a 6 because I like the idea and story to it.

Ok so honestly I didn't really like it...but I will give it one more chance later just to make sure I wasn't just having a bad day. All in all I'm a real big fan of the defense type games so I believe I'll get into this one too eventualy but for now all I can say is IMPRESSIVE GRAPHICS, GREAT CUSTOMIZATION, LIVE THE UPGRADES AND SMART TO ADD A SAVE DATA FEATURE...

I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game, but I couldn't get past one certain level, and that was just and only because of a stupid bug. Namely, I could't fire 2 meteor strikes in one match. I could pick 2 at the start of the match, but once I'd fired the first one, the second one just did not fire anymore. I beat that certain level almost for 3 times, but I needed that last meteor strike. Overall, I think it could be a lot fun, definately an 8 or a 9, if this game was not so buggy.
So, get debuggin'!
