Not bad at all!
I am a huge Anime/Manga fan and I love the fantasy genre. You have a nice little story going here which reminds me of several anime films I've seen before.
That's not a bad thing as originality within the moving image is hard to achieve.
I admire your choice to do this on paper and scanning it in and whatnot, a bold decision. I suppose it sets it apart from what it could have been had it been done digitally.
With paper you have a much slower pace which lets you absorb what is going on and makes each sword blow more significant. Digitally I suppose it would be faster and possibly force you to make the fight longer or whatnot.
Good animation, liked the grainy film quality.
General plot was ok, it's been done before but that,like I said, isn't a bad thing.
Music-Works well, what is the name of that band? (Sorry didn't spot it in the credits)
Colours-Suits the mood overall.
I guess you could continue with this, the evil Doctor/Mastermind is (I presume) still alive so vengeance is in the air for the living brother. Or you could go Full Metal Alchemist and find some way to revive the brother and both try to stop the bad guy.
All in all it was visually very good.

Interesting flash. You certainly have a neat style, very gritty. I didn't really fully understand what was going on, so I'd recommend improving your storytelling ability. Also, don't re-use drawings so much, i spotted a lot of times when you just re-used the same pose for a guy. Otherwise good flash.

I did like it indeed and the music was right choosen maybe next time add more decadent one. Only thing that confused me was the final emotion of the fair haired brother.
