When it comes to rating views, animations or anything. You need to take into mind that you need to base rate it in the most unbiased way possible.
I don't take into account that the (song was not my taste) so i don't rate people bad because they don't have my tastes. If they didn't have my tastes then i should not be rating them at all. So don't let some bad reviews get you down. =)
Positives: -I like the style of your drawings, they are much better then some good quality drawings ive seen.
-If people actually paid attention the song fits with the story. So terrible job for the people that rated this bad because of the song.
-You show promise for an animator.
-I like the storyline.
Negatives: -Not much action, but enough to keep me interested.
- Using the same song throught a single animation can hamper it, it was a good animation so try using mixed songs. A more variety for different scenes is always best.
Otherwise, kudos to you!
Same complaint as everyone else.
Like most, I was expecting a fight. Each basic movement had about 3 frames and had more uninteresting story than anything. Very cliche and whatnot. What I really enjoyed was the lighting and atmosphere. Work a little harder on the animation and you'll have yourself a front pager.
I'm sorry, but...
I feel like I just watched like a dozen cliched animes all at once, as told by an angsty 16-year-old. But don't take that the wrong way, we all had those moments in our lives.
Now, to the video. You show promise as an animator, you're getting basic actions and movement down. I do like your camera use, the way you laid out scenes. The only thing that got me was the story, and the music... and the story again.
I mean... the two brothers fighting to death in the desert with katanas, one's been brainwashed and the other has to release him from his chains even if it means killing him (by the way, if the only thing that can stop you is death, than everything can stop you [mortality]).
You seem like you have the ability to write intriguing stories, you just need to develop that. Get out there and read as many books as possible (try and mix it up a bit, sci-fi, classic literature, old epics, etc, etc.) because hopefully each one shows you a new angle on storytelling. Which will help you develop.
And, though you seem like you do this already, keep working on drawing. Carry around a sketchbook with you, draw whatever comes to mind. EXPERIMENT, it'll help you find that style that these basic faceless characters need so badly.
And finally, I'm sorry to be mean, but... your taste in music sucks... I don't know where to begin. Just... go on a torrent site and download a bunch of different cds and try them out. Maybe some Punk? Classic Rock? Indie? Grunge? I dunno... but something. Just remember: no matter what your parents tell you Nickelback sucks (Cold, also).

I liked your timing and the lighing and colors were great, just wish it had more animation, and also concentrate on making walk cycles believable, that pulls me right out of it.
but I like this and look forward to me!
