Fun, but provoking pieces made no sense.

Like, when you had to move a rook or bishop that was guarding the king, the method in which you had to provoke that piece made little to no sense. When they moved, it was often either directly into your line of movement or quite accessible to it with no way to defend itself -- nobody in their right mind would make a move like that. It basically came down to "dick around randomly in the vicinity of the offending piece without putting yourself in check, and eventually it will move out of the way."

Great game

Fun game. great gameplay. The music was mild, not overwhelming or stupid. It really looks like you have your act together with it. I do have one small suggestion though. When your character gains the movement of another piece type, the 'enemies' should respond in kind rather than reacting as though you still had just the movement of a kinight. I just think it would add to the gameplay a bit. I do like that the other pieces take evasive maneuvers and that to a degree where they go seems to be random. I think it would be better if they did not move into a spot where they are going to die anyhow unless they have to. Also the other pieces do not react to you when you are behind them. It would be nice if they did. These things don't really detract from gameplay I just thought I would mention them. You know things to keep in mind if you decide to make a second version. Keep up the good work.

it was alright, nice concept, agree. It was fun to solve and I hate puzzle games
and I liked this one so kudos for that bro (Y)
