Reviews for "W & B : Deadly Strategies"

Good

Its good but i would prefer diferent graphs maybe the ones like in Mastemind:WC But i love strategy so ill give a good score aniway

........

i give 8 because its just a supped up version of crimson warfare, still i like the improvements you guys made to cw.

wwwaaaaayyyy to long, but nice idea

fights are way too long, in fact i didnt even finsh one! so work on that. anyhow the idea is sweet. but why copy and paste? cant we just save? but here is some improvment tips

maybe have a lvl for each terrotory to show toughness.

maybe bigger map.

less buildings! it takes forever to finish a fight! maybe 3 or 4 buildings at a time.

maybe upgrades to units.

have the one were you put two codes in aand see who will win's option diffrent! it is impossable without a code sheet that i dont got!

make a planetary thing like counquering planets,

it needs action, put you in there as a super badass troop or something,

thats all, so hope you like my ideas

Not Bad

First of all, to begin, to play the game, it will stop loading at 99% and will only continue after you clicked the 'stream' button, which is annoying.
Second, for some reason, I think I found a cheat or something like that, or at least a glitch anyways. Press CTRL+W and then click 'DEMAND VICTORY' which will automatically get you the battle. Is that on purpose?
Third, on the screens, it's annoying when you scroll to make it faster then it automatically starts to replay. Just make it so that if you scroll it to the end, it just stops there with a proceed button at the top to allow you to get it faster. Or at least don't cram all the dialouge at the end.
Fourth, it's replayability is quite low. Although playing with different armies and with different situation does give a little variety, it doesn't help a lot. But what can you expect? Still you did a very good job of adding a new plot and new units per each battle. It allowed me to have some kind of expectations for each battle for what unit to explore and to keep going for the plot.
Well, I'd also like to say that instead of just going to chapter 1->3 and 2->4, maybe you could CHOOSE what chapter to play? (Although, it would be distrupting the storyline a little bit..;;) Also, at the end of each chapter, please give all the codes for each mission. It's really frustrating when you forgot a code and you have to forcibly do it all over again.
Now for the gameplay, it was very fun although repetitive as I said before. For my strategies, I played for attrition. I massed income buildings, built defences along the way, then massed offensive buildings to crush my enemies into hell. From this, I can tell you, you CAN'T survive with just 2~3 income buildings unless you're doing an early rush to end it quick. (Although this is generally impossible as the enemy is much better situated than you and a early rush will often just anhilate your army one way ro another and just make you die/lose.) Seriously, just fix the tutorial to 4~5 income buildings.
Oh and as for the tutorial, I became bored very quick. I just skipped through them, skimming most of it. Meh, make it into written form.

Well anyways, brilliant. Good Job!

The game is good, however, controls are terrible
