you probably have work a lot on this animation, but it's still not "perfect", i don 't blame you, i'm just making a critic so you can progress in your next submit, there is some good ideas and i like the graphism, i hope you ll improve on your animation (wich is i guess not so easy)
Get a tablet.
Cause this looks mouse drawn. and work on those animations. especially the walking. because that was terrible. And finally find a body proportion and stick with it.
Amazing but short.
Really, had I known such short toons could get the "Daily 2nd" award, I would have invested a bit more time into my earlier projects. That said, this is very well made. The style is similar to that of the old American manga fansites from the nineties. Those sites featured slightly odd proportions, the prominent feature being short legs.
The end credits are a little long for such a short animation. I sat through the credits thinking "There has to be more to it." Unfortunately, I was wrong. I strongly suggest longer episodes.

It was okay. And I know you say that you made this a while ago and that everything wouldn't be very smooth. But I have to list the truthful facts.
The animation was a bit choppy when it came to movements, and sometimes the pauses were a little too long. There wasn't quite enough.... feeling in the voices, either. I think a better choice of music/sounds would make the killing scene more effective. Good drawings, though! Props! Nice for an old first try. 7/10 =)
