not really awesome job dude its fantastic. The difference between the skill level since the last one in both drawing and animation is incredible. Really fantastic work man, but please lets have a fight with that better animation and drawing in the next episode!

Imporve the main character!
Yup the main character is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO emo and is friends are...happy dudes kindda strange evolve the personality a bit make him laugh sometimes i know is suppose to be in pain and stuff but do a little twist on the story plot!
Still another great work!!!!!

One of the things a person 1st think when see the general scheme of this flash is...Xin.
Even Xin had some problems with the disign, it compensates qith the AMAZING voice acting, and the fights...that even with some non-sense were GREAT...
Now about this Base 17...
Once again, coicidence or not, follows a lot of Xin's visual and ideas:
-Action in a School
-An aparantly calm main character
-An overmigthy main
-Some great curroption lead by the most influent authorities
etc...
Now, in Xin, if the transition between sessons was kinda surprising, your transitions between chapters has been a little odd...
I understand that you try to make the story better in every chapter, but there are some thngs that dont have any link...
They start as students (and they 1st seem to just...well...study), then apparently they participate in battles(or not) like the FF8 seed's... The main starts like: "I dont freaking care"... then "Why I dont care?"...and now "I care but I dont want to"...
Also, you are using to much over-used ideas...
The super soldier stuff
The main emo with happy friends
The traumatized girl... that will have a very important role...unless you kill her in the next chapter just because I said this
The "I suffer more than you"
The so famous "Wake up to reality" punch
Too over-used...
BUT...
I like it!
The voices were not perfect but very good.
The happy friends are promesing characters.
The desing (that is getting better at each chapter) its nice.
And even with some non-senses and over-seen stuff this serie is getting good...
I suggest to take off some of those over-seen stuffs, or make them not so visible, while you are still in the begining of this serie...
7/10 and expecting more
