The horror!
The game is ok, not really my style but still nice. The music is good, and you can upgrade, which makes it less repetive. Graphics were nice as well, there was just one kinda huge mistake: when I pushed left, the left rowers started to row and the ship turned left! If you have ever been on a rowing boat, you should know that this is not the case. Since I assume you are controlling the rowers, when you push left, the left rowers start to row and the boat turns to the right.
Argh... This be a good game to me.
To me it got very dificult on lvl 5, Its probably just me though.

Nice to see some pirate action on Newgrounds again. Anyhow while the game in itself held interest for a while and was a little easy to complete, i could see how there may be a problem with people who make poor choices early on for the skills.
A fast ship straight out the gate generally is always going to win if not have a big upper hand. A button to cash in previous purchases to respec might be a novel idea to prevent this issue.
Another issue was just i guess i was hoping for another component to the action, swimming and cannon fire were fun but just left a sense of lacking. Whatever else you could add to it i'm sure would be appreciated.
Other then that and the non-pirate music i was entertained for a little while so thank you for the game.

haha it's cool BUT your movement is wrong :) when you click right arrow, you should go to the left, and NOT to the right :)
