Reviews for "Wind Waker - Laruto's Lament"

Pretty good.

Not bad. Good vocals and overall really relaxing and peaceful.
My one problem with it is that in latin all "V"s are pronounced as a W sound
So it's wa-le not va-le.

VGSongbird responds:

I've never heard that before about Latin. What about things like Veni Vidi Vici?
But I'll keep that in mind for next time!
Thanks for reviewing ^_^

very good, but...

its missing that speceal somthing to make it perfect. good job.

VGSongbird responds:

Well, thank you for your review and your 8 regardless :3

Soothing..

Very nice indeed, there're a few things that could be improved (there always is,) but over all it's a very beautiful piece. Now, I don't know whether you sung those parts yourself, but if you did - and did so without using a machine to change your pitch - I applaud you. It's not that hard to sing lead but singing back-up vocals can be deceptively hard. All in all, I say well done indeed. 8/10 4/5.

Kain.
(P.S. Bonum diem, et sic porro. :])

VGSongbird responds:

Thank You for your 8 and 4.
I sing all my songs without auto tune. Maybe some effects like a reverb, but not pitch changing.

I am intrigued by this piece of art. The chorus sounded just as soft, calm and in sync with the original soundtrack itself. It certainly sounds like an improvement of the original version imo.

I don't prefer already instrumental music to have vocal covers, but I feel that this one was certainly one done right.

so peaceful. I love it. By the way my rating is 1/2 a star for zero (It WILL be rare), 1 for a 1, 2 for a 2, so far and so forth

VGSongbird responds:

Well, I'd be lying if I said you're rating system made sense to me, but I am appreciative that you took the time to review ^_^
