Reviews for "Monsters' Den"

Downright the BEST flash RPG out there

This is such a well programmed game, five classes with male and female portraits HUMONGOUS amount of items, many many abilities. oh man, oh man so much to do. Even the artwork is well done though I suspect that some of it is borrowed from other works
The only advice is the leveling up system, maybe make the abilities more than one skill point and have the characters gain more exp based on their actions, rather than the whole group gaining one level on each floor of the dungeon. Great game Fantastic work 5/5 and I stand by this being the best RPG on NG.

All of the art in the game is used with permission. :)

Great game love playing it a little hard especially later on because it is easy to die and only a few ways to revive. Still deserves a 10/10 make another and a suggestion is to add it so that the characters can level by getting exp instead of going down the level it would make it more worth killing everything in the floor

Probably the best open rpg

I really enjoyed all the diffrent classes and all the diffrent parties that you could make.
Some improvements you can make are:
add a town, storyline, store to sell uneeded weapons.

For sad noobs who fail at the game:
Placement matters put your clerics up front and ranged in the back
Put a cleric in the top mid spot and equip it with the highest armour, reflection and hp regen.
Best parties are 2 cleric, 2 mage
or 2 cleric, 1 rouge, 1 mage
USE ANNOINT ON A MAGE AND THEN CAST THUNDERSTORM FOR INSTA PWN
In boss fights use your rogue and flashbang the bosses and then sap the bosses strength
Aim for the enemy mages

Absolutely amazing game.

This is a fantastic dungeon crawler, plays like a hybrid between DnD (map layout), WoW (item quality), card games (battle layout), Diablo (level progression) and of course classic RPGs like the earlier FF games (fighting system).

This game kept me occupied for a long time and I actually had to think and plan my strategy for the final boss battle. (The final boss battle was incredible, btw)

This game really does simulate a tabletop RPG better than some professionally-made games. Baldur's Gate for example emulates DnD character creation, progression and other character-based aspects very well but moves away from the tabletop games due to only semi-turn based combat.

I just can't praise this game enough, I would really enjoy a much larger, downloadable follow-up game with perhaps some extra classes and abilities.

awesome

veryyyy nice workkkkkk keep up the good work there.Whats the name of the music play when u are in the dungeon?
