Finally beat Operations
This was the first time I ever beat operations. I actually beat the third mission before completing the second one, which I believed impossible. Barely made it, too. Ripley and Newt were the only survivors. Hicks almost made it, but was too slow reloading.
The only way to beat that mission, as far as I can tell, is to grenade spam the beginning. Try to keep hudson/hicks or vasquez/hicks alive. Have vasquez or hudson unlock/seal the door, since their accuracy kind of sucks.
This is a really, really great game. I've played it a lot, and you should be applauded for reproducing it. I'm wondering if there's a rulebook out there I could purchase, or if someone could *ahem*, reproduce it for the public.

I bought the board game and the expansion both when they first came out, and have many fond memories of playing this game back in high school. This Flash version is a spot-on perfect recreation of the board game, and everything that made it fun-- the sound effects, music, everything are authentic and perfect.
Cool...but this game needs some upgrades...
-according to the lime8,each marine should have the ability ,,pick up'' the weapons of fallen marines;
-like what lime8 said,Gorman should have some hand grenades;
-like what lime8 said,to be added a bonus mission with Ferro and Spunkmeyer;
-each marine to have 2 weapons of choice;
That's the upgrades that this game needs...
Fantastic implementation of the board game. Beautiful, atmospheric, and totally true to the Leading Edge original - probably better than playing the original. Good work, sir!
