Cool idea, balanced, a bit too easy.

The people who say this game is "too hard", was obviously born with mental problems or no hands... I beat this game without losing ... Your ak-47 has more range than the enemies´ , and you can dodge most of the explosions just by staying alert. Your "team" needs to be there just to hold the enemies when you die, wich is going to happen from time to time...
Cool game, I liked the idea, reminded me of a sega genesis game called captain chaos... but it became kind of repetitive after a little a while, specially at lvl 3 wich lasted sooo long.
My humble and respectful advice: Add obstacles that work as cover, make the enemies smarter, and different terrain wouldn´t hurt.

hmmm quite a good game

i dont know y so many people think this game is so impossible, i finished it in 10 min, died once. Great game, but a bit (short 3 maps?). overall quite enjoyable, once you get enough ammo just stay in middle so you can nade the incoming tanks, watch out for enemy motar shadows, and be quick to fire, you DONT have to be directly in line with the enemy just so u can shoot them

...overly difficult

I don't mark games off for being hard, but game is near impossible! I can't get my guy to throw a grenade, I can't move him in front of the enemy's with guns because the moment I do I get shot. And my team doesn't do anything! If there was actually a way to do this, I'd enjoy this game...

Good game.

I liked this game, but it seemed almost unfinished.
Bad points:
- With only 4 reinforcements, the game gets old very quickly.
- The levels go for way too long.
- Your gun should go from one side of the screen to the other. Those men with the darker hats (I dunno if they're SS or what) don't seem to ever stop shooting, and their gun shoots only a marginally shorter distance than yours. Once they started shooting I found that the only way to take them out was to go around them, or go above them and throw an grenade.
- You take too long to respawn. When there's two tanks and 2+ infantry past midway, you die as soon as you respawn. This made the game really frustrating.
- Your team is practically useless. The infantry and machine gunners never move around, so to be effective there has to be an enemy unit on the same line as them.
- Your team is all in the same spot, one grenade/mortar takes them all out.
- Considering how bad guns are in this game, grenades/artillery fire are over powered. Now, while realistically they are probably underpowered, when you have enemy units constantly throwing them and tanks constantly firing them, and on top of that guns only shoot 15-20 metres, they are way too strong.
With all these frustrations, I couldn't help but think how unrealistic the whole scenario is anyway. I mean, why would the army send one man with a few possible reinforcements against an ever increasing attacking army consisting of grenadiers, riflemen, machinegunners, artillery and tanks? I know it's just a game, but when the game has so many annoying points, things like this just add to the frustrations.
Good points:
- Good graphics.
- Enjoyable gameplay.
- Original concept.
- Good music.
- Polished.

So overall, it's a good game but with many setbacks. Also, assuming this is a sequel to Art of War DX, it is unfortunately nowhere near as good.
