Not exactly appropriate for newgrounds
Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with the game, it's just fine in my opinion, but newgrounds is geared towards people of a much older age group. THis game would fit in much better on another website

Small bug:
When moving left from the starting skin during 'create a wiggi' the colour changes from pink to blue, but if you click the right arrow it moves from blue to green

Newgrounds i'snt a site that children usualy visit and that parents support so im confused by your choise to submit it here. Nowadays kids are so pumped full of ideas that everyone else except you is a rapist that you get sick of it after watching 20 different videos about children who have been abused by internet pedifiles.
I have an 8 year old little sister who plays on nick jr.com and i sware i'v seen this exact game (minus the strangers) with 8 different skins slaped on it. (kids have lower expectations these days...damn licenced games...)A custom char is a nice little addition but have no effects on gameplay. (not that I expected it to.) And last and centainly least, loose the Outsmart the "Strangers" segements. All in all a good game for kids...or todlers... if they go to this site... /=l
