This is definatley one of the better contest submissions so far. The first thing that comes into my head is how well the graphics are made. Everything looks smooth and good looking and everything fits into place. The gameplay is fun too, sure its easy, but for little kids it teaches good internet safetey and thats always a good thing. Not only that, but the custimization adds that little bit of depth that make me think that this is the best so far. Anyway good work, good sbumission.

Personally, I find it rather dull, but for kids it would be great I guess. Furthermore I completely agree with Glorgan. But if you're ever planning to make another game like this, please keep in mind that the evil Strangers in this story aren't such characters in real life. It could also be a smooth-looking man in a business-suit and a nice voice for example who'd try to exploit those children. So I'd suggest more of an mix in "strangers", instead of the creepy guys with evil "Mwhahaha's" you use now.
But overall a really good job. :P
