Not the best
If this was your first time, it was pretty decent
Some of it didn't make any sense(3D part) but the thing that bothered me the most was how he went "super-saiyan or some shit" and exploded the sandbag. I've seen this DBZ shit too many times and that killed the flash.
I didn't like it
Most of it was tweening, and I thought that was kinda of lame. If the main guy had legs and you drew out each motion, I may have liked it more.

Oh, I didn't listen to the sound on it, had it all muted. So, that might be a small thing not to worry about.
