i actually thought this was going to be a decent runescape flash but actually it took forever getting in, and the animation was sub-par, longest isnt always the best.

Fan boys and haters need to simmer down.
I don't write very many reviews, and to be honest I had no intention on making one for this submission. Let me first say that I loath Runescape with all my heart and soul, but I won't draw bias from that fact because there is no point.
Let me start by saying the story was generic, and the animation very unimpressive. I'm a believer in progress, and though your skills are still a bit lacking, you have the right idea for where you are. Just work on it, time and patience will only help your style and art. The thing I liked about the entire movie, was the dialogue. The only real saving grace.
Breath in the work of others here at Newgrounds, ask questions, observe what they do. You don't have to be an amazing artist to create art, you just have to give it style.
Well...
I just... got bored. Not a great animation. Music in the beginning was good though, from that one movie with the girl and the guy with super muscles on his right arm but no muscles on his left. I quit the movie after the scene with the sword in the girl. It was not planned out well, and the only reason I made it as far as I did into the movie was because of the good intro.
Okay, better.
But where do I begin? First of all, Proske is wrong about a few things. There are children, if you count NPCs, and there are both graves, and gravestones. The freezing would have been better if it was, you know, real Ancient Magicks, instead of some nonexistent spell. Oh, and uh, it's always day in RuneScape because there are four suns surrounding Gielinor. So, just a few small flaws.

i dunno how i feel about this movie... the animation was very nice and it was interesting how there was minimal action and absolutely NO comedy. definitely not your everyday flash. personally, however, i thought it was too long and pretty boring.
