Idea is good but...
there's nothing really new in terms of style. The plot develop at way too slowly of a pace for a story of this nature. Perhaps make sure that the scenes you want to include are necessary. If not, consolidate them, so that you're not spending wasted time in one scene just to make it last longer.
Overall though, good effort and good idea. It shows.
Not bad
there is way too much black scene going on. This "Movie" really would of been better if you put some time and effort on cool action scene but cheating it with black scenes with great sound effects

I don't write very many reviews, and to be honest I had no intention on making one for this submission. Let me first say that I loath Runescape with all my heart and soul, but I won't draw bias from that fact because there is no point.
Let me start by saying the story was generic, and the animation very unimpressive. I'm a believer in progress, and though your skills are still a bit lacking, you have the right idea for where you are. Just work on it, time and patience will only help your style and art. The thing I liked about the entire movie, was the dialogue. The only real saving grace.
Breath in the work of others here at Newgrounds, ask questions, observe what they do. You don't have to be an amazing artist to create art, you just have to give it style.

The only reason I used to think this was good is because it was RUNESCAPE. Now I have quit and saw right through it. It isn't as great as I thought it was, but it is better than other runescape animations, thankfully.
Okay, better.
But where do I begin? First of all, Proske is wrong about a few things. There are children, if you count NPCs, and there are both graves, and gravestones. The freezing would have been better if it was, you know, real Ancient Magicks, instead of some nonexistent spell. Oh, and uh, it's always day in RuneScape because there are four suns surrounding Gielinor. So, just a few small flaws.
I'm not going to argue this a great deal but you are taking it too literally.
I'm allowed to deviate from the game slightly, if it is respectful.
