Something quite different
I've just watched the entire series from beginning to end. So take this as review for the whole project thus far. I've never seen anything like it on newgrounds or anywhere else for that matter. The choice of music is fantastic; the non-linear plot is interesting; and the editing and camera is fantastic. I can tell you study film. I also love the diverse range of art styles, and how you use them in conjunction with the music and quick edits to juxtapose different scenes.
One criticism I have is the use of voices - firstly they aren't that good and let down the overall production; secondly, mismatching between text and voice ruins the continuity. At first I thought you had chosen the original two (blue and pink) to have VA for some sort of artistic purpose, but it quickly became apparent there was no such purpose as all the characters began to interchange between voice and text. If you ever think about revisiting your previous episodes I would try and fix this by moving all to text.
Episode 8 was a bit hectic, try to break it up a little bit, whereas in your previous episodes you managed to pace yourself well. I'm not sure I would go as to say it was melodramatic as someone else had suggested, but it lost some of it charm from its drive to get shock value.
The criticism some have over the quality of the graphics seems to be as a mote issue. Your animation is good, and this choice art style is very appropriate considering what I think you are trying to do (that or you are really crap and/or lazy :P).
Also, maybe consider cutting down the number of frames per second. I have a C2D E6750 and this was using 100% of one of my cores - I can't imagine what it must of been like for slightly older PCs if this monster can barely run this.
