Yes! The gaming industry is too superficial, and I have the best example:
Earthbound. One of the GREATEST games ever made, even by today's standards. Far better than most of the Final Fantasies. The story was dynamite and the gameplay was smooth. Yet it never sold well at all. Why, you ask? Because the graphics were bad. No one wanted to buy it because the graphics weren't groundbreaking.
Anyway, yes. The Gamecube and PS2 are the best, because the games for them are actually UNIQUE. I could care less about graphics, so long as they don't make me seasick. X-Box annoys me, 'cause alot of the games are just for making money. Halo 2 was alright, and I have yet to play Ninja Gaiden, but DOA Extreme Volleyball was POINTLESS. Just a sorry excuse to make money from horny boys. It's really sad.
Ok, rant over. Oh, and as powerful as he is, Sephiroth couldn't kill Sonic simply cause Sonic's just too fast.
