ok, is this possible even? I have tried 5 times and cant get to dot emporer! the 400 happy requirement is ridiculous! scale down either the happy requirement or the cost of stuff and this would be a game worthy of, say, the front page (maybe :p )
uh, now you're unfair. It's not my fault when you play my game in that unbalanced way. It is definitely possible to win! I recommend to play the latest version on my website where you can see an example of the first turn ("Instructions"->"How to start") which will give you an overview of the most important game functions.
and... BTW: This game recently WAS on front page :P
