Characters didn't look like much but sometimes that's ok. I don't mind it. The flash as a whole reminded me a little of the anime FLCL
for some reason. All and all pretty interesting. Nice job

This is a very interesting piece of work here... I watched it before reading the entire synposis you posted about seeing it in Japan. I thought there was supposed to be a meaning behind it. Maybe there is. Works of art that seem simple like this, usually have some deeper meaning... I believe the meaning within this one may be about someone trying to promote unity between the law (whistle), war (fireworks), and the world (the ball). I think it was nicely done.
For the review part, the song was nice and peaceful and I enjoyed your work. Real deep and good first time job. :) Cheers.

Nice anitmation, theres a semi- easter egg in this flash that i dont think is entetional, is of you zoom in on the people holding items and they have a difrence in quality from the others
i almost liked it.
it was ok, there was somethin i liked about it, but i'm not sure what. maybe it's cos i'm a fan of japanese style animation which was very obvious in ur flash.
a better than average score, but better than i could ever do, so thumbs up dude!
